Banana Blueberry Smoothie- Easy Breakfast Smoothies
Drinks don’t get easier or more delicious than this Banana Blueberry Smoothie where in one glass, we get one day’s worth of antioxidants, probiotics and a good dose of fiber. I love the tartness of Greek yogurt in this smoothie to balance out the sweetness of the banana and blueberries. It’s so easy to blend together and unlike other types of smoothies, this one stays together very well so you can prepare this the night before and have it ready for a quick breakfast the next morning.
1 cup crushed ice
1 large ripe banana
1 cup blueberries
2 1/2 cups Almond milk (substitute with any type of milk)
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Chia or Flax Seeds (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
