Very Berry Almond Milk Smoothie- Healthy Smoothies

Makes 4 small glasses

Ingredients
1 cup
crushed ice
2 cups
almond milk
1 cup
strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup
raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 medium sized
red tomato (heirloom or beefsteak are best though any variety works)
1 small
banana
2
tablespoons soaked Chia seeds (optional)

Method

Place all
the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
