Bodacious Blueberry Smoothie

Serves 4

3 cups blueberries
1 ½ large banana, roughly chopped
2 big handful fresh spinach leaves
2 tablespoon honey (optional)
3 cups almond milk (substitute soy milk or regular milk)
2 cups crushed ice


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tip: Fresh ingredients are always best but if using frozen blueberries, you can omit the crushed ice.
