Avocado Milkshake- Healthy Milkshakes
Asians love incorporating all kinds of tropical fruits into our beverages and desserts. Avocado, being one of the most popular fruits, is commonly used in healthy milkshakes. Avocado milkshake is incredibly easy to prepare and has a smooth, mellow flavor sweetened by condensed milk. Contrary to popular belief, avocados do not contain high levels of cholesterol. In fact, they don’t contain any cholesterol at all. They do however contain a myriad of essential vitamins and nutrients including Vitamin E, folic acid, fiber and potassium. Coupled with milk, this is a fun beverage that’s power packed with just a little bit of naughtiness by way of luscious condensed milk. To make this a 100% healthy milkshake, you can substitute the condensed milk with honey.

Makes 4 glasses

Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados, pitted and roughly chopped
8 tablespoons condensed milk (substitute with honey)
2 cups crushed ice
3 cups skim milk

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
