Singapore Smoothie- Tropical Fruit Smoothies

It’s a common known fact that skipping breakfast is never a good idea. It’s also a common fact that most of us are in a constant rush from day to day trying to maintain a packed schedule. Sitting down to a sensible breakfast is not always a luxury we have time for. So here’s a great alternative- breakfast on the go. A refreshing tropical smoothie that is packed with essential antioxidants and nutrients that is super easy, super fast and easy to store in a thermos to take to work.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed ice
2 cups fresh seedless lychee (substitute with 1 can of lychee)
3 heaping cups fresh seedless watermelon chunks
3 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt (optional)

Method

1.Placed all the ingredients in the order listed in a blender. On high speed, blend until smooth for just a minute or so. Depending on the size of your blender, you may need to do this in two batches. Serve immediately.
