Cinnamon Almond Milk- Spiced Milk Recipes

Makes 2 tall glasses

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk (use any kind you like- almond, regular, skim, soy)
1/2 cup unseasoned roasted almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon + for sprinkling
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar (substitute honey)
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, sprinkling each serving with a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
