Serves 4

1 head of Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
8 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 large red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 lb thinly sliced salami
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (~juice of 1 large lime)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons plum sauce
1/2 tablespoon ground red chili peppers (adjust to personal taste)


In a large bowl, mix together the lettuce, garlic, red onion and cilantro.

Slice the salami into thin strips and toss into the salad mixture, making sure to separate the salami strips as much as possible.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, plum sauce and ground red chili peppers until thoroughly combined. Drizzle over the salami salad before serving. Toss together and serve immediately.
