Tropical Fruit Parfait- Easy Breakfast Recipes
I’m a huge believer in delicious, nutritious and quick breakfasts. The day just doesn’t feel like it’s starting on a great note without the right kind of energy boost. This tropical fruit parfait combines nutrient rich yogurt and antioxidant rich fruits with crunchy bits of fibrous granola for a super easy and fast breakfast at home or on the go. With this easy breakfast recipe, there’s no more excuses for skipping on the day’s most important meal.
4 cups vanilla yogurt
2 cups granola
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into bite sized chunks
4 kiwis, peeled and cut into bite sized chunks
8 strawberries, hulled and quartered
Honey for drizzling
Spoon one cup of yogurt into each of four serving bowls or cups. Divide the granola equally amongst the four servings, layering on top of the yogurt.
Add the mango chunks, kiwis and strawberries on top of the granola. Drizzle honey over the fruit. Serve immediately.
