Makes 1 small bowl
40 cloves garlic
6 thumb-sized pieces ginger, peeled and cut in chunks
6 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse a few times until smooth. Kept in a clean, properly sealed container, this Ginger Garlic Paste can last in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
