On the hydration promise- definitely yes, given the outstanding results I witnesses on myself. Does it deliver on the sagging? I can’t say since I don’t have any sagging yet. These types of promises take many months and sometimes years of testing to determine true efficacy and for someone like me who is in her 30’s and fortunately has pretty good skin to begin with, the point is to be proactive instead of reactive.
