Mango Chardonnay Frost- Easy Summer Cocktails
Ripe mangoes are one of the most divine aspects of spring and summer and what better way to celebrate the seasons than with easy summer cocktails like my Mango Chardonnay Frost. If you’re not a big fan of Chardonnay, you can substitute with any type of white wine like Prosecco or champagne. I like to make this cocktail somewhat thick but you can adjust according to your taste; just use less mango for a thinner consistency or more mango for a slushy consistency. Mango Chardonnay Frost is perfect for hot summer evening and you can even make a virgin cocktail for kids by substituting the white wine for club soda.
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups ripe mango, chopped and pre-frozen (freeze at least 6 hours before using) + for garnish
2 cups Chardonnay, chilled (substitute Prosecco)
1 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Serve in individual glasses, garnishing with mango cubes.
