Ingredients
1 lb green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
12 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
In a wok or large skillet, heat the olive oil on high heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
Add the green beans and salt, stir-frying for just a few minutes until thoroughly cooked but still bright green and crisp. Serve immediately with warm jasmine rice.
