Ingredients
½ cup Chinese black vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon dried ground red chili pepper
2 tablespoons fresh shredded ginger (optional)
Method
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce and chili peppers. Add the shredded ginger before serving.
