Serves 2
Ingredients
1 large sized red apple (or use 2 small apples), cored and roughly chopped (skin on)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups soy milk (substitute almond milk or whatever type of milk you prefer)
1 1/2 cups ice cubes or crushed ice
Apple slices for garnish
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
