Traveling has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Every place I’ve visited has left an indelible impression in my mind and forever changed the landscape of my heart. I have met people from all walks of life in every city I’ve gone to, sharing stories of family, work, philosophy, history, love and of course, sharing passion for food. It never fails to amaze me how perfect strangers who may have difficulty communicating due to language gaps can suddenly become old friends over a great meal of  Siao Lung Pao’s, Gnocchi, Sashimi or Channa Masala. Anywhere I go, whether it’s for business, pleasure or a combination of both, food is always a main part of the attraction. Every city has its distinct scents of local foods that fill your nostrils, leaving you to have deja vu moments ever after each time you smell that familiar scent.
