RECIPES There’s a great misconception out there that cooking is a time consuming and catastrophically difficult task. The mere thought of preparing daily meals or hosting parties sends people running to find excuses for doing neither. Nothing could be further from the truth. Nowadays, being both health and budget conscious, cooking and entertaining at home is not only the smart thing to do but the most enjoyable with just a little know how and effort. Whether you’re cooking for one, two, a family, a small gathering of friends or a big party, you CAN end up with incredibly nutritious food that not only tastes divine, but looks like it came out of an Iron Chef’s kitchen.
