Coffee Grinds Body Scrub
Recipe is for 1 time use (you can multiply the recipe and store in a clean, air-tight container in the refrigerator to use for later; keeps up to 1 month in fridge).
1/2 cup leftover coffee grinds
1/2 tablespoon of ground cloves
Big pinch of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
Mix the ingredients until well combined. If you feel that the coffee grinds are too dry, simply add a few drops of water into the mixture before using. If you use the coconut oil, the mixture should not get dry if used immediately or stored properly.
Tip: Use this coffee body scrub on dry skin before showering or bathing. Gently but firmly polish the scrub all over your body, particularly on thighs, elbows and knees. Make sure to follow your shower with ample body moisturizer.
