Makes 1 small bowl

1/3 cup grainy mustard
1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil


In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the mustard, sweet chili sauce, honey and salt until smooth. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk for just a minute or so, until completely blended.

Use as a salad dressing or dipping sauce.
