Serves 4

1 pound beef steak cut into strips
2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster flavored sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ounces fresh asparagus cut into 2 inch pieces
1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce


In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Keeā„¢ Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, cornstarch and beef. Mix well.

In a medium sized pan or wok, heat the oil on high heat. Stir-fry the beef mixture for 5 minutes.

Add in the asparagus and chili garlic sauce, tossing thoroughly, cooking for another 2 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
