Makes 1 Small Bowl

1/2 cup soy sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tablespoons plum sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
4 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)


In a small bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together with a whisk. Goes well with a variety of foods such as spring rolls, dumplings or kebabs.
